Elizabeth Porter Birdsall is an author of short speculative fiction, a professional French-to-English translator, and occasionally a game creator. Her short fiction has been featured in venues such as Lightspeed Magazine and the Lesbian Historic Motif Project podcast. She was a linguistic and continuity editor on the game Reverie: The Fall of Harmony produced by DON’T NOD.

She lives in Boston with her wife, two black cats named for punctuation marks, and a precariously teetering hoard of books.
